Payment methods:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Payments can also be made using PayPal.

Please note that all transactions are in US dollars.

Shipment:

All orders are shipped via National Postal Service.

Please allow up to 2-4 working days from the order date for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order. Standard delivery takes about 10-14 working days.

-Orders $0-30 - $8

-Orders $31-60- $10

Orders $61-99- $14

Orders $100 and up- free

Standard Worldwide shipping cost:

-Orders $0-30 - $10

Cancelling an order:

To ensure quick delivery, once your order has been finalized you can no longer cancel or edit it.

Returns&Refunds:

To qualify for a return/exchange, you will need to return your order back to us within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns for used items unless it’s faulty or we've made a mistake.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable service and keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund/exchange has been processed. We are not held liable for returned parcels that are lost in transit. 

For all returns, please print your order confirmation email and include a brief description of the nature of the return/exchange.

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days from the day we receive it.

All refunds are processed using the original method of payment.

VATS:

For countries outside the EU, you will probably need to pay for VAT yourself at the applicable rate in your location when you receive your order. This varies by country.

Brimka does not issue tax refund forms.
